程海湖，俗称“黑伍海”，位于云南省丽江市永胜县中部，距永胜县城46公里，湖长20公里，南北走向，均宽4公里，最大水深36.9米，水面海拔1503米，储水量19.87亿立方米，面积77.2平方公里，为滇西第二大淡水湖，是世界上天然生长螺旋藻的三大湖泊之一 。
